2008 CFCCMD Applications are now available ! ! !

Release of 2008 CFC of Central Maryland Applications

We are pleased to announce the release of the 2008 CFCCMD applications.  Links to both the "Local Independent Organizations and Members of Federations" Application, as well as the "Local Federation" Application are now available for downloading.  Included in the application packages are detailed instructions for completing the 2008 applications and for the submission of necessary documentation to seek approval for admission to the 2008 Central Maryland CFC. 

Please read all the instructions carefully before completing the application.  Our application differs slightly from the standard application provided by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).  It is important that the application be properly completed and that all required certifications and signatures are provided.  Please note that our campaign requires original signatures of certifying officials on all applications, to include new member applications for federations.  It should also be noted that the Local Federal Coordinating Committee (LFCC) is required to review the application and documentation as submitted and is NOT able to allow for the supplementation of an application or required materials, including any certification signatures omitted, after receipt.  This requirement is strictly applied.   

An applicant organization should also be familiar with the eligibility requirements contained in the regulations that govern the CFC at 5 Code of Federal Regulations Part 950.  This regulation can be accessed on the OPM website at www/opm.gov/cfc.

Local Federation Applications (to include all required applications for members) are due no later than 3:30 PM on Friday, March 14, 2008.  An Excel spreadsheet template to be used for membership listing is available on our website.  (www.cfccmd.org)

Local Independent Organization Applications are due no later than 3:30 PM on Friday, March 28, 2008.
